We want everyone to be able to use Footing, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we do

• We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
• Every page works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline.
• Text meets color contrast guidelines, and pages support both light and dark settings where offered.
• Form fields have labels, and status messages are announced to screen readers.
• Animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.

Known limitations

Some interactive parts may not yet work perfectly with every combination of browser and assistive technology. We review the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
